Are you a business or an organization that wants to improve 2SLGBTQIA+ youth mental health and reduce the cycle of youth homelessness?

At Friends of Ruby, we have created several unique opportunities to help organizations increase the impact and success of their fundraising efforts to support the 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. This includes everything to activate sponsorships, in-kind donations, skills development training, volunteering, and team fundraising initiatives.

In 2023, Friends of Ruby achieved a significant milestone by being selected as the Charity of Choice for Pride Toronto commemorations, a distinction highlighted in our blog post link. Building on the triumph of that recognition, we are thrilled to announce the continuation of our Annual fundraising campaign, Momentum for 2SLGBTQIA+ Youth Mental Health, as we remain steadfast in our dedication to supporting the community.

Having successfully reached our goal of raising $1 million by December 31, 2023, during our previous campaign, we are delighted to share the impactful progress made. Donations received during this initiative have significantly fortified Friends of Ruby’s mental health supports and played a pivotal role in developing and launching innovative programs aimed at aiding 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in need.

In the words of former Friends of Ruby Home youth resident, EJ,
It’s amazing what people coming together can do.”

As we embark on the next phase of our mission, we look forward to the continued support of our Annual fundraising initiative. Stay tuned for more updates and join us on this empowering journey.
